Andrew was introduced to laughter yoga in 2008 at Seattle Unity Church and became certified as a laughter yoga teacher. He shortened the name "laughter yoga" to LOGA. He teaches classes to all kinds of populations, the aged, children, college kids, corporate executives, sports trainers, families, couples in therapy, and people in hospice care. He also teaches classes in meditation and he and his partner started LOGA groups for people with Parkinsons Disease.
Laughter yoga was founded by Dr Kataria in Mumbai, India.
