Steve is a professor of education at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In that position, half of his time is spent in K-12 schools, where he work with teachers, administrators and students in making schools good places to be. Steve also serves as president of a non-profit international organization called Reclaiming Youth- work that has taken him to over twenty-three countries.
