Tom has authored many books and is cofounder of Mustard Seed Associates. He prepares others to think critically and creatively about the global community and how to serve it according to God's great vision. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Washington. Tom headed up a development project in Haiti for World Concern, taught at the University of Washington, Seattle Pacific University and at Fuller Seminary in Seattle.
