Alexia is a Lutheran Pastor with a Synod Council called to be the director of CLUE-CA, Clergy and Laity United for Economic Justice of California. CLUE-CA organizes religious leaders of all faiths to respond to the crisis of working poverty by joining low-wage workers in their struggle for living wages in the New Sanctuary Movement, a coalition of congregations in 35 cities across the country that accompany immigrant families facing deportation.
