Elaine Olson is currently leading the Ministry of Community and Faith Formation at Our Saviours Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, MN. She brings a sense of warmth, hospitality and enthusiasm to the congregation as she works with others to connect people to people and people to God. This ministry creates an opportunity for Elaine to teach, affirm counsel and guide others as they tend to and integrate issues of faith and life.
Elaine comes to this position from a life time of ministry related to the church. Elaine graduated from United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities with a Masters of Divinity in May, 2007. She received a certificate in spiritual formation from the college of St. Catherine, in St. Paul in December of 2006. Elaine is completing an internship at OSLC and upon approval will seek ordination in 2008. She has worked for over 15 years as a pastoral counselor/psychotherapist with a special interest in congregational leadership and issues for clergy and clergy families.
