Ntarangwi, Mwenda

A native of Kenya, Mwenda studies at Kenyatta University, where he majored in language education before moving to Illinois for graduate work in anthropology. Mwenda returned to Kenya to direct a study abroad program that included four weeks of camping in some of the remotest parts of East Africa. In 2003 he returned to Illinois to take up a faculty position at Augustana College.
