Ray McGinnis is author of Writing the Sacred: A Psalm-inspired Path to Appreciating and Writing Sacred Poetry. Ray has led variety of writing workshops whose topics include poetry and nature adventure, prayer writing, Psalm writing, journaling for grief and loss, and journaling for health and wellness. A former national staff person for Youth and Young Adult Ministries with the United Church of Canada, he presently worships at Christ Church Cathedral (Anglican) in Vancouver, British Columbia. He plays the guitar and attends the Vancouver International Folk Festival each July.
