Bill spent his early years in Florida with college interrupted by 3 years in the military (11th Airborne). He finished his degree at Pacific Lutheran and went on to teach high school and coach. Bill eventually went back for a doctorate in Counseling Psychology, spent 15 years teaching graduate school at Chapman University and private practice in Bellevue, Washington.
