Ron graduated from Augustana College, Rock Island, Ill, and has served the Southwestern Washington Synod as chair of the Church in Society Board, Dean of the Mt. Rainier Conference, a member of the Synod Hunger Committee, and as chair of the Synod Assembly Planning Committee.
