Joebgen, Miranda

Miranda graduated from Valparaiso University with a degree in Theology & Global Service. During her junior year, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Namibia for four months through the Center for Global Education and Experience of Augsburg College. While abroad, Miranda learned about the impact of the apartheid regime and how Christianity was used both to support and fight against the system of oppression. Miranda plans on attending seminary with the intention of becoming a pastor in the ELCA.
