Born and raised in Illinois, Bob has taught at Augustana College in Rock Island for the past twenty-three years. For most of that time he taught Old Testament in the Religion Department and for the last two years has directed the Center for Vocational Reflection. Bob has traveled often to the Middle East—and partly because of that has confronted issues of violence in his sessions.
