Julia Lambert Fogg, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Religion at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California. She specializes in Pauline studies, Revelation, and World Perspectives on Jesus in the Visual Arts, as well as Liberation Theology and Greyhound rescue and adoption. An ordained member of the Santa Barbara Presbytery (USA) in California, she serves as a co-supply pastor of Messiah-Lutheran Church in Pasadena, a bilingual (Spanish-English), urban immigrant ministry with an “at-risk” congregation.
In addition to dog-walking, she enjoys knitting, gardening, boxing (yes—really!), and the study of languages. She teaches biblical Greek at CLU, and has just begun learning Arabic in preparation for teaching and studying Islam.
