Verlon is a Lutheran pastor and was the Holden Village pastor. He has been serving a congregation in Seattle. He also works at Evergreen Treatment Services helping homeless men find housing and other services. He also works with youth and does anti-racism training. He is known for his harmonica and stand-up comedy too.
