Lee Roy received his BA from Capital University (Columbus Ohio), attended Trinity Seminary (Columbus Ohio), received his Masters of Theology at American Baptist Seminary of the West (Covina CA) and Doctorate of Ministry.
He was a pastor at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Banning, California; as well as serving in Torrance, California; Paradise, California; Witchita Falls, Texas; and Segun, Texas.
