Roberta is professor emeritus teaching Early Church at Candler School of Theology, a Methodist Seminary at Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia. She received her BA from Southern Methodist University, her MA from Oxford University and her DPhil from Oxford University. She is the author of several books.
