Mike has lived in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, New York, and Iowa. He is now enjoying empty nest years with his wife, Sue, in Decorah, Iowa, where he serves as a campus pastor at Luther College. Mike's interest in story telling has led to travels in Ireland, Italy, and various events around the country. He enjoys playing guitar, especially blues and folk music, bike riding around the hills of northeast Iowa, fishing, hiking, gardening, and playing Frisbee with their dogs, Dori and Lucy.
