Carol has served as congregational pastor, most recently as lead pastor of Pilgrim Lutheran Church, situated among three colleges/universities in the Macalester-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul, Minnesota. She has degrees from Luther College and Harvard Divinity School and received her first call to Holden Village.
