April Ulring Larsen served for 16 years as Bishop of the LaCrosse Area Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. April is now the Senior Pastor of First Lutheran Church, Duluth, Mn.
Judd Larsen serves with April at First Lutheran as Associate Pastor.
April and Judd are the parents of Ben Splichal Larsen who was killed in the Haiti Earthquake of Jan. 2010. Their Bible Study centers on suffering as they explore the Book of Lamentations.
