Michael and Gail have served as Village musicians. Gail was born in Chicago and reared in Oregon. She and Michael met at St. Olaf College. She has always been involved in music, serving as organist and choir director. Michael says that he shares the same life characteristics with the exception that after years of teaching, composing, directing, authoring, workshoping, clinicing, golfing, loving baseball, traveling, building, he is not retired.
