Pam received her Masters from Michigan State University in College and University Administration and her Ph.D. in Eduational Leadership from the University of North Dakota. She is Dean of Enrollment at St. Martin's University, Lacy, Washington. She previously served as vice president/dean of students at Trinity Lutheran College in Everett, Washington, as director of Educational Opportunity Centers for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and as associate vice chancellor of student services and enrollment management at the University of Minnesota, Crookston.
