Hoffman, Chuck and Peg Carlson-Hoffman

Founders of their Genesis + Art Studio, Chuck Hoffman + Peg Carlson-Hoffman witness to the possibility of transformation through art and creativity. Peg, a graduate of Augustana College, is Creative Director of Product Design for Hallmark Cards. She teaches workshops on calligraphy, design and creativity. Chuck, a painter, designer and workshop facilitator received his BFA from Miami University and worked as a Creative Director for the Walt Disney Company. He received the Art & Innovation Fellowship and the St. Paul Interfaith Scholarship Award from Luther Seminary where he completed his Master of Arts. Chuck was their first full time Artist In Residence. Together, they have taught, lectured and exhibited internationally.
In 2015, Chuck and Peg came to the village as Executive Directors.
