The Grow-Hanson family live and work in Dakar, Senegal through the ELCA Global Mission. Peter is as a pastor of the ELCA currently seconded to the Lutheran Church of Senegal where he serves as coordinator of the Department of Theology and Training. Peter is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in “Global and Ecumenical Studies” at the Episcopal Divinity School and the Boston Theological Institute. Sarah works with the School for International Training (SIT) Study Abroad coordinating semester academic and cross-cultural experiences for college students in Senegal.
