Evenrud, Jerry

Jerry is a Distinguished Alumnus of St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minnesota and served as Director of Music and the Arts for the American Lutheran Church from 1976 to 1987, and after to a similar position for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. He is a retired church musician who has a passion for visual arts. He developed a biblically-inspired collection of art for the church-wide office in Chicago and began a private collection of art depicting the parable of the Prodigal Son. His collection is featured in the book "And Grace Will Lead Me Home" by Robert M. Brusic.
