Todd is a human rights photographer and social practice artist based in Brooklyn, NY. Originally from North Carolina, he creates art which addresses human rights issues among marginalized communities. Working collaboratively with community members and creating images that are both specific and universal he reveals his concern for the most basic of human rights – to be considered fully human.
