Rick has a BA from Yale University in Study of the City and a Ph.D. in Psychology from The Wright Institute. He has extensive background in organizational development and a focus on helping clients reduce energy use and costs by planning, designing and implementing energy conservation measures, solar energy systems, and energy storage solutions.
