Birkland, Carol

Carol was Program Secretary for the Middle East and East Africa for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America 1988 – 1991. As such, she was responsible for all church relationships and mission/development activities in Jerusalem, Jordan, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya and Tanzania.
