Will attended Texas Lutheran College where he majored in Greek and minored in German.  He went on to graduate from Wartburg Theological Seminary.  He served a number of churches and eventually was introduced to camp management.  Will spent much of his career serving as camp administrator/director for Lutheran Outdoor Ministries.
