Anderson, H. George

H. George Anderson was on the faculty of Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary and served as president (1970-1982), became President of Luther College, Decorah, Iowa; and was elected Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America in 1995 where he served for six years. He is known as an author and translator of Lutheran history.
