Don Saliers, singer of psalms, musician, poet, liturgist, ethicist, and writer, is professor emeritus at Emory University’s Chandler School of Theology. Don’s writings include Music and Theology (2011); Worship as Theology: Foretaste of Glory Divine (1994); Worship Come to its Senses (1996); Liturgy and the Moral Self: Humanity as Full Stretch before God (1998); the chapter “Sing Our Lives” in Practicing Our Faith; and with his daughter Emily, A Song to Sing, A Life to Live: Reflections on Music as Spiritual Practice (2004), part of the Practice of Faith Series.
